Once more, with a battery of letters and email messages, our readers stated their preferences for who are the most stylish, tasteful and timely dressers in the Bay Area. We thank all of you (including a surprising number of men) for responding so enthusiastically. (If you don’t see your name this year, there’s always next year.)

As you know, we’ve placed our previous champs in a Best Dressed Hall of Fame and taken them out of the running, leaving the field open for new winners. And the July 2007 First Place winners are:
