San Francisco–based Jeremy Mann is a realist painter who sets his brush to creating landscape, figurative, and still life paintings. Particularly excellent are his cityscapes, which often depict scenes from the San Francisco Bay Area, such as that featured on this month’s cover.

After graduating cum laude from Ohio University with a degree in painting, Jeremy earned his master’s degree from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where he garnered valedictorian honors. Soon thereafter, he became represented by John Pence Gallery. The gallery first featured his work in a group show last year; a solo show of his work is currently on view there through July 4.
