Manus-Salzman Valentine's Day Ball
Celebrating its fourth year, the Manus-Salzman Valentine’s Day Ball, a gala benefit for the Stanford Cancer Center, set a record for attendance and funds raised. Four-hundred VIPs attended the Happily Never After–themed party, which was held at the Manus-Salzman estate. Décor designer Robert Fountain turned the palatial abode into a fairytale castle complete with a king’s court, an enchanted forest, and a ladies-only make-your-own-prince room, where two hunky men acted as paper dolls.
Guests could also be found nibbling on tasty treats provided by Paula LeDuc Fine Catering and enjoying storybook characters, such as Sleeping Beauty, who were strategically placed throughout the party. Nearly $500,000 was raised for the Stanford Cancer Center.
