On March 14, The Junior League of San Francisco (JLSF) and The Fairmont Hotel will celebrate the 50th year in which the organizations have partnered to create the League’s annual Fashion Show fundraiser. This year’s not-to-be-missed show, The Art of Fashion, will be produced in partnership with Macy’s.
During JLSF’s 98 years, the organization has donated approximately $24 million and over six million volunteer hours to the Bay Area community. The Fashion Show, which is in its 83rd year as a principal fundraiser for JLSF, will consist of a champagne luncheon and black tie dinner gala. Both events include a cocktail reception, silent and live auctions and a runway fashion show featuring Macy’s spring apparel and the debut of b.Tempted intimate apparel by Wacoal. The Fairmont San Francisco, with its tradition of environmental stewardship, and the JLSF will also celebrate the art of going green—the Show will be run on 100 percent renewable energy and serve organic, locally-grown cuisine.
Proceeds benefit the League’s mission to help support and strengthen Bay Area families in need. For more information and to purchase tickets, please visit fashionshow.jlsf.org or call 415-775-4100 ext. 34.
