California Academy Of Sciences Gala
California Academy of Sciences celebrated the one-year anniversary being in its new home with its second annual Big Bang gala, benefiting the Academy’s research and education programs. SF’s own hunky heartthrob Chris Issak headlined the party with a lively performance. Gala goers also got a sneak preview of Journey to the Stars, the Academy’s new planetarium show narrated by Whoopi Goldberg. Dinner and nibbles were provided by McCall Associates, and the butterfly-inspired décor was created by Hartmann Studios.
