Beginning January 11, Robert Mondavi Winery will be introducing a new art exhibit in the Vineyard Room. The Ancient Textures and Sacred Landscapes exhibit will feature pieces from local Napa Valley artist and photographer Teri Sandison and will be open for public viewing during winery hours through March 6, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Ancient Textures and Sacred Landscapes series explores the ways humans have found their place within the natural world, particularly throughout Asia. With a focus on highlighting the effect nature has had on ancient sacred sites, the photography captures how sacred architecture weathers time and the environment, as well as how the structures become integrated into the environment.
The exhibit is open to the public during winery hours, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Robert Mondavi Winery is located at 7801 St. Helena Highway in Oakville, Napa Valley. For more information about the exhibit call
