Hitting the Links for a Cause

The Sequoia Hospital Foundation held its 35th annual golf tournament last month at Sharon Heights Golf and Country Club. The event, co-chaired by Greg Engel, M.D., and Beverly Joyce, M.D., benefited Dignity Health Sequoia Hospital’s award-winning Heart and Vascular Institute. Beginning this year, the tournament was renamed the Steven San Filippo Memorial Invitational to honor the life, legacy, and contributions of longtime hospital and foundation board member Steven San Filippo, who passed away unexpectedly in 2018.
